Cancellation – your rights.

1. You have a right to cancel this contract without giving any reason, at any time up to 5 days after you receive the goods. To cancel please contact me by email only. I will refund your money within 21 days of receipt of the item(s).
2. You the buyer are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to me. You should take out sufficient cover against the loss or damage in transit. If the Item or items are not returned in the same condition as shipped, I will be entitled to claim   recompense from you, for the loss in value.”

Postage / Shipping Charges
All orders are subject to a delivery charge to your destination and is not included in the purchase price.DUE TO THE WAY THIS WEBSITE IS CONSTRUCTED A SEPARATE INVOICE WILL HAVE TO  BE RAISED FOR THE AMOUNT REQUIRED  TO YOUR DESTINATION,THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. All items will be posted/shipped with a tracking number absolutely NO exceptions.  
All items are sent at the buyer’s own risk.I will make sure your purchase from TPOW  is well packed to prevent breakage/damage for  the item(s) to reach you in tiptop condition.

in the event of a parcel being lost in transit we will not be liable for such a loss. Insurance, to the limits quoted by the delivery company involved, against loss or damage is included in our quoted delivery prices but offers only minimal cover.

Payments

All payments must be made in Great British Pounds (GBP) UK Sterling no exceptions.

Payments can be made through CHECKOUT using paypal goods and services but the customer must pay all paypal fees at 5% ( I will notify you of amount outstanding) or use paypal gift option to make a payment at  robert.tpow@gmail.com or by contacting me directly at TPOW  robert.tpow@gmail.com  . 

Bank transfer is also an acceptable form of payment as is cash via Royal Mail special delivery for UK customers.. 

I'm pleased to announce TPOW Militaria is now able to take Credit card payments  over the phone and face to face through a secure Barclaycard card reading terminal .  

This facility is NOW available for use as of the 10/8/21. A fee of 1.6% for most cards ,Amex Diners at 1.9% fee applies

A copy of the credit card  receipt will be included with your purchase. Credit cards that are  taken by TPOW militaria as follows Barclaycard, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners ,JCB, Maestro / Maestro UK, Pin Train,UPI Credit,UPI Debit,Visa debit,Visa Electron 

LAYAWAY PLAN

For all items  selling at £250 and over i offer a lay away plan. The plan consists of a deposit payment of 25% of the value of the item.The remaining balance to be funded over a maximum period of 3 months (12 weeks), it is entirely up to you as to how and when you make your payments  but the item(s) must be paid in full by the end of the agreed period,failure to complete will mean the loss of your deposit, any other monies that you have paid towards the item(s) will be returned to you without question. The item(s) will then be returned to  current stock . Any questions  please don't hesitate to ask if you are not sure about anything regarding the Layaway plan.

ITEMS SOLD ON CONSIGNMENT

tpow militaria is happy to sell clients  militaria on their behalf. Items for consignment must be sent directly  to me, i will photograph your items  and host them on the TPOW website along with a written description of the item(s) and price (to be determined with consignee).

Any item that is sold on consignment has a only 7 days return privilege, the 7 days start as soon as the item is with the buyer. If after 7 days  and there has been no word to the contrary the  sale becomes final and the consignee is paid less my commission charge.

The commission rate is charged at 30% on all items. Complete discretion is assured at all times.

Sales of swords and Edged weapons
The sale of Swords and edged weapons whether combat or ceremonial  are restricted to those aged over 18. Verification of age is required before purchase is granted..
